BTP Goalie Clinics challenge goaltenders! Saturday and Sunday...Two days, eight (8) hours of ice time, and four (4) hours of combined classroom and dryland training. Our weekend clinic format is designed to maximize knowledge and skill retention without the mental fatigue associated with information overload, stress, physical burnout, and family separation found in five day residential goalie camps. Our on-ice student to instructor ratio never exceeds four to one, allowing for a high level of individual attention for each student.
BTP Goalie Clinics are family oriented. We encourage our parents to attend our off-ice training sessions. Parents are the front line of the goaltending support system. Our clinics are held during the weekend to allow for parent participation.
BTP Bottom Line: Today's goaltender must be more Positional, have the Highest Skating Ability, and be a better Athlete. The position is about far more than the butterfly position and movement.
